Running some capacity tests from Mikrotik to Mikrotik through port 2 on a WS-24-400A running V1.3.8
I am noticing a significant discrepancy in the throughput values of the port I am testing across as compared to the Tik's. As you can see in the images, the Tik is indicating on eth3 that it is moving well over 100Mbps through the interface. However, the Netonix switch port (AF24 acting as midspan) is displaying throughput levels of roughly 1/3rd. The test is getting through and a mirrored level of throughput is arriving at the other end so its not an issue where the switch is causing adverse effects on the traffic.

Re: Making sense of the throughput figures
Can't say I've seen that on any of our switches. They have always been pretty spot on.
Are you on current firmware, 1.3.8?
Honestly I'd probably believe the WS over the Tik. I'm gonna go watch a few of our switches.
