WS-6-MINI input voltage tolerance

What is the input voltage tolerance for the WS-6-MINI? ie if I want to run it from a solar setup would it need a regulator in front of it to keep the voltage as close as possible to 48v?

The WS-6-MINI needs at least 37V to power up and it will condition 24V POE but it will not condition 48V POE so if you feed it 40V it puts out 40V for 48V POE options.
However do not feed it more than 53V as you may damage it.
