Probably obvious

I get this log message that the fan is failing, but when I look at the status of the device it looks okay - although it's about a half hour later in the day. Is this likely a reported log item that is not correct or is this more serious and I need to get in and replace the switch and then sent it back for a repair do you think?
Thanks

We have been battling False Fan Alerts for a long time. Hopefully our coder will get it resolved once and for all soon.

Your fan is fine.

You can upgrade to v1.4.0rc12 which should help but we are improving it even more currently.

We sent out a message that it was advised to upgrade SMART DC switches with v1.4.0rcX anyway as there is some bugs in there.

We are on rc12 but we are still improving v1.4.0 and will soon release another v1.4.0rcX with more improvements for SMART DC switches.

Okay, so quick follow up in that this time when I got the fan failing log message I check the device status and it shows the fan as off. I don't recall a time every seeing it as "off" - is this normal still or would you think there is now a problem? It's entirely possible this is just fine but as this is currently my only netonix in production I'd rather take a second to ask then wait and find out if it had failed.
Thanks
