Hi, I just updated a new switch of several and this one hung exactly half way during the firmware update. Is there anyway to do a recovery without the console port? There are no lights on the port and I can't IP in. Could be a case of very early mortality. I have done it with the bigger switches with the console port, but not sure on this little guy. Thanks for the assistance, John

Sorry no, there is no recovery procedure for the WS-6-MINI as it does not have a console port.

You're going to have to RMA it and if all that is wrong with it is it needs recovery there is no charge.
