Just want to confirm that if I check the Pause Frames box that this will disable Flow Control on a port if a storm is detected?
That being the case, should I enable Flow Control on my AirFiber and AC links which I currently have disabled?

Correct. You will get a notification in the log that states excessive pause frames are hitting that port and disabling FC.

So, go ahead and enable Flow Control on the Netonix and UBNT units?

Yes. This is how all of my AFx radios are configured, with pause frame storm control enabled on the switch. What will trigger this every single time is if you try and push more data through an Airfiber than it's rated capacity.
PS - If you use the Netonix Manager, you'll see the switch in question's status bubble turn yellow, read the log, and it'll show what triggered the event.

If you are running version v1.4.1 or newer firmware and you have Pause Frame Storm Control ENABLED
(which is ENABLED by default by upgrading) under the Device/Configuration Tab you can leave Flow Control enabled and the switch will detect the storm and DISABLE Flow COntrol on that switch port and notify you if you have SMTP configured and put a log entry in the switch that it had to disable Flow Control because of a Pause Frame Storm which is a BUG in the airMAX AC and airFIBER firmware.

Thanks fellas.
I have been checking UBNT forums, but it does not appear that a fix is imminent, eh?
