We have a matching pair of Mikrotik S-3553LC20D SFP's and they do not work in the Netonix WS-12-250-DC

Could you add these SFP's in a firmware revision please?

We can look at them but there is no guarantee we can make them work, some SFP modules just will not work with some devices.

I have never seen a router or switch that worked with ALL SFP modules.

An important thing to try is first upgrade to v1.4.2

Then try changing the Speed Duplex from Auto to 1G forced on bothe sides.

Some SFP modules require to be set to 1G on both devices and others require it to be set to Auto on both devices.

I have these modules in my lab and they do work. I did have to force both ends to 1G though. When set to Auto the modules indicate a link but do not work.
