The low voltage disconnect on one of our Netonix WS-12-250-DC shut the device down this morning. On-site and the device has full voltage now but will not turn back on automatically.
Warning Voltage = 22
Hibernate Voltage = 18
Wakeup Switch Voltage = 19
In order to power it back on, we had to unplug everything from the device, then the power. Then plug the power back in.
Firmware Version 1.3.8
Board Rev R
Power Supply Firmware Version 30
Is there a setting we are missing or a trick to turn it back on automatically?

Re: WS-12-250-DC - LVD - Will not power back on Automaticall
There is no Board RevR ????
Well I sent out TONS of PMs urging people to upgrade the firmware ESPECIALLY on DC models as there were many bug fixes and enhancements for the DC switches.
Please upgrade to v1.4.2
v1.3.8 is 6+ months old and when you're talking about a NEWISH product that is an eternity as many bugs are found in the first year of a product.
But we would need to see your configuration to know more about what happened.
Please post up screenshots of the following Tabs:
Status / Power / Device/Status
Tell us what is powering the switch, how many and what batteries and are they hooked in series or parallel.
What is charging the batteries.

Re: WS-12-250-DC - LVD - Will not power back on Automaticall
We have upgraded to Version 1.4.2.
Here are the pictures http://imgur.com/a/R80WB
The setup is powered by 2x12 AMP 110 hour batteries, in series powered by a solar setup.
I think I am relaying this information correctly.

After the upgrade it started to drop traffic on certain ports(3 and 4). We had to disable RSTP in order for it to pass traffic correctly.

Go under the Device/Configuration Tab and Disable UBNT Discovery and see if that allows you to enable RSTP again and let me know.
We have been looking into this with another user but they did not get back to us to see if it was fixed for them but we had to finalize v1.4.2 for production.
