Cannot access WUI after trying to backup config

On latest general release code. Remote location so do not have physical access; tried to download config to backup and it never really did anything after selecting this option, just sat there waiting/sending command. Waited 45 minutes and then tried to close the tab and re-open but now I get blank "I'm busy" type page; using a different browser I get as far as certificate warning and then it just spins the wheel. What are my options, both in terms of getting this accessible again and also backing up the config?

Can you SSH into the switch?

I also tried config -> https-server allow-http and set port, and cannot access via http either.

Drop to linux command line and try "reboot -f"
My guess is possibly your SMTP is configured wrong?

Netonix never came back online after reboot -f; all of our ptp sites are now down.

I am sorry, I do not know what the issue is.

Should I take that as an end-of-support statement, or should I be able to continue to investigate with you once I get a local tech there?

It would appear that after reboot, the switch did not power back up Port 1, the poe port for our AirFiber24; is this expected?
This is why I couldn't access, as my link to the device was down.

We NEVER leave you hanging....we may sometimes forget about you if we are busy but nothing that a smack upside our head will not fix!
There was a firmware fix that would cause a port to do what your describing.
What firmware version were you coming from?
Remember the upgrade and reboot process is handled by the previous version not the new version. Also what is port 1 reporting as the current draw?
If the port current sensors are damaged and the port is reporting 0 watts the switch will turn the POE OFF on reboot as it thinks POE is not needed. We removed this little feature in v1.4.3rc4
