WS-6-MINI -- High temps and constant reboots

I have a WS6 that is constantly rebooting and I noticed the PHY and CPU Temps are rather high -- 109C.. Outside temp is 79 Degrees and its mounted in an RF elements SBX-ALU... Does the switch shutdown/reboot at a certain temp?

Its running the newest RC firmware 1.4.3rc4... The switch itself has about 1/4 load ~25-30W.. I'm going up to the site right now to replace with a new unit running 1.4.2 FINAL, and replace the 50V UBNT PoE that's powering it.

All of the equipment is brand new and installed recently.

The CPU and Phy are rated to 125C, it is not rebooting due to temperature.

My "guess" is the unit is not getting enough power and when radios draw too much power it reboots.

What is powering the switch and what is the switch powering and how long are the cables involved.

Another problem can be poor grounding, read this thread: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=1786&start=30#p13447

Does the AC service powering the switch have it's grounds bonded to the tower grounds?

Here are some good posts on grounding:

Does that box have a mounting plate inside that is on standoffs? The MINI is designed to transfer heat by contact through the back to the outside but a backplate on standoffs would keep the heat inside.
