Please see attachment for details. We moved a solar system from 24V to 12V and this problem occured. The first time, we thought we messed up the swith somehow (Board Rev F ) but put in a new switch with Rev E and got the same thing. I really like to be able to remotely log in and check battery health via the Input Voltage chart - thank you for that feature.

Re: WS-12-250-DC Power Supply Firmware Error
hmmm, this is implying that the I2C connection between the power supply & the main board isn't working at all, or a lot of RF (FM maybe) interference.
but you said you changed from a 24 to 12 volt configuration & this occurred....that doesn't make sense...can you go back to the 24 volt configuration & retry?
please also try latest rc release if you can.

Re: WS-12-250-DC Power Supply Firmware Error
The first one being rev F should have been immune to FM band RF. My guess is the 12V source is too noisy for even rev F. How is this wired? Usually the batteries act as huge filter capacitors squelching the noise.

Re: WS-12-250-DC Power Supply Firmware Error
This location is radio free, 12,000 feet with no transmitters. I do have an airgateway WiFi in the battery box.
I can bench test the removed switch at 24 Volts and see what happens. I will let you know shortly.
I am using 3, 12 volt gel batteries powering a AF5X and a AC Sector which are located about 40 feet from the batteries and switch. I am using a Schneider Mppt 60 150 charge controller. There is no inverter in the box.
I will also give you latest RC a try. Thanks

Re: WS-12-250-DC Power Supply Firmware Error
i would suggest removing the wifi from the batter box as a test.

Re: WS-12-250-DC Power Supply Firmware Error
I think we figured it out. We changed to 12 volts, but forgot to change hibernate settings. Not sure why it is even running. But my question now is, should I change warning, hibernate, and wakeup remotely?

Re: WS-12-250-DC Power Supply Firmware Error
I turned off the wifi before changing firmware and it made no difference.
Also, did a bench test on the old removed switched. We started it at 24 volts - came up fine no errors. We dropped voltage to 12 and it shut off (like it was supposed to because of hibernate). But now we can not get it to run again at 24 volts. Thanks again for your help.
