LigoUnity not POE Smart compatible

i posted a long while back about a Ligowave that gave me grief or gave my DC8 grief. Yesterday I finally got to spend some quality time in the middle of nowhere with extra everything equipment-wise and sorted out issue.
The issue presents as an effect where upon saving the Ligo's port to run 48V the entire switch goes off, lights fans everything with the only apparent way to revive it is to off/on the dc supply.
Having an extra DC switch and an extra ligo with me I was able to extensively test without dropping 100+ clients repeatedly, I was initially convinced it was a bad cable and the cable test function did little to improve that notion. Cable test claimed I had perfectly good 260 foot cable, the radio is hung at 40 feet  , I tested the spare which was on a 15 foot patch cord, it was also declared to be a good 260 foot connection. Clearly something was interacting between the switch and the 802.3at in the Ligo.

Turn off POE Smart and the problem goes away, tested the uptower and ground level units on the spare switch with success and then hit the uptower unit on the production switch, all is well.

Yes there were changes to how POE smart works since v1.3.9

In fact with the recent bugs found and fixed I would DEFINITELY be running v1.4.3rc7
