Hello,

I have a WS-6-MINI, and the GUI is not responding. I had this problem on 1.4.3r and after upgrading to 1.4.4, I also have the same issue. I tried to SSH to the device but getting connection errors, even though SSH is enabled in the switch. What can I do to get into my device and or troubleshoot this issue?

What is the connection error you get when you try to ssh to the switch ?

I would try factory defaulting it and setting it back up.

Hold the factory default button in for 20 seconds when apply power then let it set a few minutes as it need to re-format the JFFS2 file system.
