Were testing a configuration similar to the one shown in your Movie, and since updating to 1.4.4, things are a bit different in the VLAN tabs. can you give me a quick tutorial on what changed? or direct me to a post that can help out.
Thanks!!

Re: Version 1.4.4 config question
Im not a switch giant, so here is what has me most "perplexed". Previously, i could set ingress and egress values on the Ports tab and the bandwidth for that port would be restricted. Now, with the QOS tab, there is a host of new options, many of which im sure ill be happy with soon, but i have no idea how to use them. and the "hover" help is not available on that tab so there are no neato short cuts.
Can you give me a quick primer on how to do a basic setup to throttle all traffic on a single port? or at least a list of terms and how they interact so i can figure it out?
Thanks.

Simply do not bother with all the other QOS features on the QOS Tab and just simply set the ingress and egress as you used to do when they were on the Ports Tab.
We just moved it to this tab as the Ports tab was getting crowded.
The QOS setting will not do anything unless your have QOS setup on your network but the bandwidth setting act as they always did just on a differnt tab.
