Can someone give me the fan model number or size? Fan has gone out too soon would like to find a substitute that is a long life bearing like hydraulic fluid bearing so I can install a fan that will last longer

I have not had one of mine fail yet but we have seen a couple fail in RMAs and people purchased replacements
