Bug/issue tracker?
Do you guys have any plans to implement a formal bug/issue tracker (both for your customers and for yourselves) such as JIRA/Redmine/etc? It would be helpful.

We do run JIRA internally, we have no plans to open that to the public.
Our release notes tell of bugs fixed in each version and recently I try and add Known bugs.

Support is handled on the Forums not in Emails and PMs.
