Tried to do a upgrade of a WS-24-400A to 1.4.5 via web interface.
While doing the upgrade I lost internet connectivity because of an unrelated issue.
So the web screen showing status never reconnected and never said finsihed.

We waited 20 minutes and then rebooted the switch. It came up with

meta data corruption errors. but booted and passed traffic.
Web interface is DEAD and will not connect.

So then we tried to do a TFTP update of the firmware.
That ALSO failed. THOUGHTS ??

I have no idea, I upgraded my switched to v1.4.5 with no issue.

If you are unable to TFTP recover the unit you will need to RMA it.

Maybe the flash failed which would be covered under warranty.

Follow these instructions, except use tftp to transfer the files instead of rx, since you have that working it will be much faster. Also, you can use 1.4.5 instead of 1.3.4. And skip the "fis load -d linux_recovery" step as your switch is already booting into the recovery image.
