Hi



We install UBNT rocket with PoE (24V) and in the equipment 12 the SW down, it does not restart, all the LEDs light up, they turn off and the SW does not answer, we only have 6 PoE running and avoid dropping. We have the idea to use the 24 SW PoE but only worked the third part. Is there anything to do? WS-24-400A

You're going to have to take more time and explain this a little better.

I am guessing there is a language translation issue here?

Be more specific as well and state the firmware version and MAC address/Serial # of your switch that you are using.
