I purchased my first 2 WS-8-150-AC units. I bought the associated din-rail kit from this page:
https://www.netonix.com/accessories/din-8-150-ac.htmlThe din-rail kits don't seem to fit, at least that I can find. There is a warning in the store saying these kits won't work with older models of the 8 port. As I purchased them within the last 10 days I am not sure that applies.
Am I missing something?
- 8 port switch with the 12 port din-rail kit, and then the 8 port din-rail kit.
- I was able to get it to attach only in this manner.
- This shows the length of the kit vs the switch

Try putting it on the correct way.
With the DIN rail kit installed on the "back" of the switch it fits correctly.
You're attempting to install it on the side.
When installed properly the ports are facing OUT away from the DIN rail not UP.

Chris, as far as I can see, the last pic is of it on the rear.

Nope
I just took one out of box and it fits perfectly.
And considering we have sold several hundred in the past few months you would picture mobs of people with torches and pitchforks
Now there is 2 DIN kits and they are not interchangeable.DIN-8-150-AC - shorterDIN-8-150-DC - longerTHIS IS HIS PICTURE WHICH LOOKS LIKE HE IS TRYING TO USE THE DC DIN WITH THE AC UNIT?

That explanation I can accept. So then perhaps the wrong DIN was ordered or the wrong DIN was shipped.
