Hello. I just got 2 new WS-12-250-DC Switches. When I log in to one, I lose a ping, when I go to upload the latest FW it drops a lot of pings and the FW is slow to upload. The other new switch does not miss any pings. I have uploaded the FW a couple more times even after it was already updated (1.4.7RC14) while running a ping and it still has many time outs. Attached is a screenshot of some pings while the FW was uploading.

Not sure what to say as I am not there to look around.

I have heard this before and almost everytime it ended up being something the user was doing, I know this is not much help.

I would do a factory default and check all your network stuff and if it still exhibits the issue you can always RMA it but I would hate to see you RMA it and there is nothing wrong.
