The switch works for 1 hour and after that is the blackout!
And the worst is that I manage to communicate with the antenna that is connected on it without problem but I can no longer have the switch with its IP why it plants ??? I am obliged to reboot manually with the battery and there it leaves for 1h .... The watch dog does not work ????
How to do ???? I am worried because there is other switch WS DC in my networks ....
THANK YOU FOR YOU PRECIOUS HELP ….

Re: WS-8-150DC BLACKOUT
So without a crystal ball I will need more information.
How are you powering the WS-8-150-DC (be descriptive)?
What version firmware are you running, you should be running v1.4.7rc18 if your having issues (if you have an issue always try the latest firmware first)?
After you upgrade can you post up all your config Tabs screenshots.

Re bonjour

Re: WS-8-150DC BLACKOUT
it's probably a good idea to pull a backup of your running configuration from the old switch?
can you provide the last 6 digits of the switch's MAC, as this may be helpful to our troubleshooting

Re: WS-8-150DC BLACKOUT
Chris is a little preoccupied with running the business right now, but to my eyes, this would appear to be a hardware issue which will require an RMA.
if you unplug external devices, the system should be stable enough to pull a config from.

Re: WS-8-150DC BLACKOUT
I am sorry to say this sounds like the unit has the 3.3V defect CAP.
It is covered under warranty but you need to RMA it.
You are in France so I would send it postal mail.
We will fix it and ship back to DHL Express the same day we receive it.
RMA instructions are located here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1259
