WS-12-250-AC Port 5 Red

I have a brand new out of the box WS-12-250-AC. When it boots up, the left indicator light for port 5 is red. I'm able to get to the login screen on 192.168.1.20 but when I attempt to login, I simply get a blank screen. I've tried all of the reset combinations including the 20 sec reset button method. I never see the green led chain or the red led chain. Suggestions?

I can fix this remotely if you do the following:

Hook a console cable from your computer to the switch.
Have the latest version of Teamviewer on your computer
Install Putty on your computer
Verify you can console into switch
PM me the MAC address
Your cell number

I will call you and arrange a time for me to connect to your computer and fix this remotely

Or you can simply RMA it as we will fix it and send back to you

Julian jumped in via SSH and Remote Desktop and got the issue resolved. Thank you guys for the extremely quick response and resolution!
