Upload Backup and now cant access Mini-6

I was uploading a backup config file and it gave a message that the network interface has changed. I am aware of what the IP address should have been in that config, but It is not working. I dont even receive a ping in that subnet from the switch. I tried to factory reset the switch with the small reset button on the back of the unit, but nothing. Does the button on the back reset it to factory defaults (IP Address 192.168.1.20, Username: admin Password: admin)?

you have to hold in the button for a good 20-30 seconds - you'll see green lights, and then red lights. once the red lights go off, you should be reachable at 192.168.1.20 after it reboots in about 30 seconds.
