WS-8-150-AC Reboot constantly?

I have not yet gone out to the tower yet, but a recently (last week) installed WS-8-150-AC switch now appears to be suddenly stuck in a reboot cycle.
Was working fine until a few minutes ago and then I got notified it was offline along with all the APs connected to it (5 - Rocket M5s). It shares the same power source as the tower router, backhaul and another PtP link so I know the power to the switch is not the problem.
Any other thoughts as to what I should be looking for when I go out there to investigate?

Basically the eth link on the mikrotik goes offline. Then it comes back and the switch pings for 8 pings. It then stops pinging and the router interface to the switch goes offline again.
It is always 7 to 8 ICMP replies then 20-22 ICMP time outs then 7-8 pings again.

Spoke on phone, told you to RMA, sounds like defective 3.3V CAP issue

I posted this before I called you and went to the tower. I have emailed in the RMA for the switch and will ship out today once I get the RMA number.
