Flow Control Strangeness

I have a WS-12-DC with 3 ports used. All three are Gigabit. One is the uplink to a Mikrotik Router. 2 are Downlinks to a SAF Integra and a SAF Lumina. Flow control is enabled and active to the Mikrotik and to the Lumina. Integra Switchport is in main Vlan, Lumina Switchport is in a seperate Vlan (Accessport). Mikrotik port is untagged in Integra Vlan and tagged in Lumina Vlan.
The only Pause Frames I see are directed from the WS-12-DC to the Lumina. The Lumina Radio is ony 366MBit/s. No Port uses the full Gigabit. The Integra does 880MBit/s max and the Lumina is only a backup connection. So how could this cause the WS-12-DC to generate Pause Frames? (The other way round it would make sense as the Lumina is not fast enough to send at gigabit rate).
