Are you using an Ethernet Surge protector?

Since pair 3 and 4 are used for power only it is possible one of the wires on pair 4 are not crimped and making contact.

Could also be a bad device or port in switch.

Try simple diagnostics.

1) Remove any Ethernet Surge protectors - SHOULD NOT USE ANYWAY WITH PASSIVE POE DEVICES
2) Try differnt port of switch
3) Re-Crimp ends
4) Swap device (radio)

Pretty sure that's normal for an M5, i'll dig one out and check later on today, but anyway, pairs 3 and 4 aren't used for 100M FD. the spare pairs read wonky because they're nonstandard terminations on that particular piece of equipment - power brick reset button comes to mind as the cause, slept since I last had one open though.
