6 Port Mini shut off power to all powered ports
We have several 6 and 8 port Netonix switches in our system and this weekend for the first time, we had one shut power off to the three ports that were powering UBNT radios. We initially tried power cycling the switch but nothing came on. When we plugged into the switch all our settings were there but the three ports that should have POE turned on had it turned off. It was also strange because we lost the radios one at a time nearly half an hour apart. Any suggestions other than firmware upgrade? Anyone see this before?

Re: 6 Port Mini shut off power to all powered ports
No offense but your information is all but useless?
Is the switch in question a WS-6-MINI or a WS-8-WHAT
Did you look at the Switch LOG for any clues before you power cycled it?
What firmware version are you running?
If it is a WS-8-150-DC how are you powering it?
Please post up screen grabs of the following TABs:
Status
Ports
Power
Tools/Watchdog
Tools/Port Bouce
Tools/Ping
Device/Status
Device.Config

Re: 6 Port Mini shut off power to all powered ports
Sorry about that. Here are some screen shots. Unfortunately the power was cycled on the switch before we were able to check the log. This is a WS6-mini being powered by one of your power supplies. It has firmware version 1.4.6. Based on our monitoring system First port 6 went down, then about half an hour later port 5 followed by port 4. When port 4 went down we lost communication with switch as that is the port powering the incoming client. When we arrived on site the switch had already been power cycled. We logged in and noticed that ports 4,5,6 had POE turned off.

Re: 6 Port Mini shut off power to all powered ports
Well please upgrade to v1.4.8rc11 or newer as there are "security" patches.
Nothing in the firmware would turn POE off on the WS-6-MINI.
So upgrade then monitor and as soon as you see a port drop log in and view log or set up a sys log server. If POE is turned off on a port someone had to turn it off.
