Hi,

I just received a new WS-26-400-AC and while attaching the rack mount kit I discovered that when the switch was built the cover was not put on correctly (see attached). I could certainly correct this myself with a screwdriver, but unfortunately it will rip the warranty tag which will cause me problems should I have HW issues with the switch. Any way we can resolve this short of returning the switch?

Post up a picture of the serial/MAC label then go ahead and fix it.
