DC - Battery %

Any chance we could get an option to show the battery % on the DC Netonix? Added bonus if we can show estimated runtime based on current load draw.

100% - 13.00V
90% - 12.75V
80% - 12.50V
70% - 12.30V
60% - 12.15V
50% - 12.05V
40% - 11.95V
30% - 11.81V
20% - 11.66V
10% - 11.51V
0% - 10.50V

This is different depending on battery brand, model, and temperature (of battery).

User configurable values?

Manufacturer published numbers are only accurate when battery is in a resting state; is it possible to compensate for this when we know the current draw?

Somehow UPS systems figure this out.

Some UPS systems are terrible at calculating the remaining runtime and are only accurate when the battery is mostly depleted. I imagine it depends on the age and brand of battery. If they are the batteries that came with the UPS from the factory then the maker should know their profile. I do know that some UPSs need to run a calibrate periodically to re-profile the battery runtime.

I'm not saying Netonix couldn't do it but probably not something that Eric would consider high enough in demand to make it worthwhile. Also, keep in mind that the calibrate routine actually runs the battery down to near complete exhaustion and if there was limited solar charging capacity, it would not make it through the night afterwards.
