I tried to factory reset the WS-6-POE but it did not reset. I followed the instruction on this link but it did not help.

Well there is no "secret" method or command, that post pretty much explains all the options available to default the unit.
If you can not get it to default then RMA is the only option?

Got this one across the bench this morning, came right up at 192.168.1.20(default)..
Gonna send it through test and chalk it up to gremlins, i suppose.
