Can someone convert this to English please? There's only one device plugged in, which is it's uplink.

It is a routine we put in to prevent an event from occurring during start up that normally only occurs when there is just 1 or 2 devices connected with little to no traffic on the switch.

It is a diagnostic message for us at this point, sort of like the support file UBNT asks for all the time when there is an issue.
