Seems to be missing...

Image

Not visible via SNMP either:

Code: Select all
[user@server ~]# snmpwalk -v2c -c SecretCommunityString 100.65.36.15  voltage
NETONIX-SWITCH-MIB::voltage.1 = INTEGER: 52.60
NETONIX-SWITCH-MIB::voltage.2 = INTEGER: 25.10
NETONIX-SWITCH-MIB::voltage.3 = INTEGER: 25.10
NETONIX-SWITCH-MIB::voltage.4 = INTEGER: 3.30

No joy...

Will this be available soon? We really need to be able to monitor voltage.

The WS-26-400-IDC does not monitor input voltage.

We did not design this power supply we purchase it.

This switch was primarily designed for NEGATIVE 48V Telecom sites which do not vary in voltage much.

They only accept 36V-72V input range.

There is no I2C communication between the power supply and the switch like the WS-26-500-DC as the power supply does not even have this ability.

Our WS-26-500-DC is designed for positive DC sites and accepts 9V to 72V. We designed this power supply and designed in communications between the power supply and switch board to pass this telemetry data.

This is not an oversight on "our" part, nor something that can be achieved in software.
