Unable to Login to UI

Hi,
I have a WS-8-150-DC that was working when we received it. We were experiencing some some weird problems (it kept showing port for our router being down and didn't wanted to provide power to the port). After powering the device off and back on physically, we could see the Power LED being on, but all the other LEDs (ethernet LED's) were off. None of the radio equipment was powered after the reboot and I couldn't see anything through console cable - no console, no error messages, nothing. Even after performing the reset steps outlined in the RMA post (Unplug the switch. Depress the reset button (located behind a pinhole in the faceplate), keep it pressed. Plug the switch in. Wait 45 seconds. Release the reset button. Wait 5 minutes.) we are unable to see the device (through the ethernet port, don't have the console cable with me). Is there any additional troubleshooting steps/known issues? or Should I fill out the RMA form? (I don't remember what firmware version we had on it, but we updated it with the newest version about 1 - 2 months ago).

Thanks!

You will need to RMA it.

So you were trying to power a router on via a POE port, what port and router were you trying to power and what POE setting were you using?
