WS-8-150DC Calibrate Voltage not working

Hi,
i have a WS-8-150DC on fw 1.5.0 (latest), calibration does not work .if i do calibrate via gui its current voltage is 27.3, so i enter 27.9 but stays at 27.3, also tried via cli but stays same 27.3 reading, also tried various other voltage but always showing 27.3,below is output of CLI
stopped process in pidfile '/var/run/switch-g' (pid 2533)
Enter current input voltage: 28.3
Input voltage reading: 27.30
Multiplier is 1.037
Writing multiplier to configuration...
Unlocking /dev/mtd1 ...
Writing from /tmp/cfg to /dev/mtd1 ...
stopped process in pidfile '/var/run/switch-g' (pid 2977)
after did this expected gui to sat 28.3 but instead says 27.3. any ideas?
