Manufacturing issue

We just received a WS-26-400-AC a few days ago and pulled out of the box today to program. As you can see in the attached photos, the top lid didn't come fully fastened to the chassis. One of the clips didn't make it in the slot when the lid was screwed in. If we were to remove the screws to properly fasten the lid, we would void the warranty. How can we fix this lid without voiding the warranty? One picture is a close-up and the other shows that the warranty sticker hasn't been tampered with.

Yea, this has occurred before and we investigated it.

We "think" it is caused by shipping dropping or compressing the box as there is no way this can happen the way we assemble here as we stack them on top of each other and if that was like that before we put in static bag we would know because there are stacks of 10 to 15 high.

Either way just remove the warranty label and fix it and sorry but nothing we can do to prevent this from occasionally occurring as it happens in transit other than changing the design and it is not worth the few that occur plus we stopped using the warranty labels.

We will remove the warranty label and fix it then since it won't void the warranty. Thank you!
