We have a 12-250-DC that is logging this one after another ... not sure what this even means.
Can someone help? I cant say we're seeing any performance issues at all because of it but this is the only one it is happening on.

Try upgrading to the latest firmware.
We're currently on 1.5.1rc5

We're having this happen on a WS-12-250-DC.. we had it on a WS-12-250-AC and replaced it thinking hardware fault, but it keeps happening.
Upgraded to 1.5.1rc7 and it still happens.
Tried enabling ACLs and it didnt cause any impact to the "monitor: restarting vtss_appl" popping up routinely.
I tried disabling UBNT,Cisco,LLDP Discovery and IGMP Snooping and that "monitor: restarting vtss_appl" did not appear for 10 minutes.
I enabled one, and it pops up within 3-5 seconds of a save..
However, it appears it's not running every minute like prior.

Can you post screenshots of you're status page and configuration page?
