UPS/Power Supply for WS6/WS8/WS12 DC?

In the past we have gone the cheap route by puting a standard APC/Cyber Power/Tripp Lite UPS in an enclosure with an AC powered switch/ WS6 with PSU etc for use at our tower sites. The issue with this is obviously these UPS' are not designed for some of the temp swings that may happen in a non conditioned enclosure. I have started moving over to a new setup with a vented/temp controlled fan enclosure, I install a 155W Meanwell Power Supply/Charger (Amazon) running at 24VDC Output to switch and a pair of 8AH 12V SLA batteries and usually a WS8-DC Switch. This works pretty well except for the locations that we install the UPS cabinet at the base of a Tower/Silo/Grain Leg for access to AC power. In these cases we usually install a WS6 at the top of the tower in an enclosure to run shorter Cat5 runs to the radios and then a single Cat5 down and power with a 4pair AirFiber PoE. This requires an AC Outlet to feed the AF PoE so we are back to the need of a standard UPS since the WS6 wants a 50V input instead of 24V.
I am looking for a power supply that will allow for UPS function to charge/maintain a 24VDC battery source, and provide a 48/50VDC output to power the WS6/WS8/WS12 DC switches. I found this Meanwell Power supply that will do 48VDC @ 2A and 24VDC @ 2A but I'm not sure about it functioning like a UPS if it will work how I want it to in a power outage situation. Will this switch to the battery power to feed the 48V output when the AC is pulled and switch back to AC when power is restored? Would there need to be something else to "Maintain and Charge" the battery?
How are you guys doing your UPS/Battery banks for a small site that is designed to go in a small cabinet with some venting? I currently use a small enclosure I found on Amazon that is very inexpensive compared to similar enclosures I have found on L-Com and other sites. I am trying to keep this form factor since it fits well in many locations that we install at and isn't too obtrusive.
