IGMP Snooping Is Broken, How Do I Contact Support?

IGMP Snooping remains broken. I have tested it on many firmware versions, including v1.5.1rc8.

How can this be resolved? I'm about 2 weeks away from NEEDING this and the work-arounds are complex and hard to manage.

Support is via forum.

You could begin by explain what is the current beavior and what is the expected beavior.

Netonix staff seem to be busy on new model but who know, explain what is expected could help netonix staff find a fix.

Current behavior is multicast is broken when snooping is enabled. Expected behavior is for it not to break.

Seriously, though, there are 2 clear threads with issues explained and no resolution:

The thread I started was in July of 2017 and has 5 pages.

Thankfully, my TV deployment got delayed again, so I didn't get stuck just yet with this, but it is coming soon and I don't want to have to replace Netonix gear everywhere (Although, MikroTik has snooping implemented and functioning).

IGMP Snooping is working for me now in v1.5.2rc3. Anyone looking to use multicast with Netonix, please try it out.
