We are trying to restore a WS-12-250-DC via the .ncfg file downloaded from our Netonix Manager.
The unit will accept the file and reboot, but no changes are applied to the unit.
We have tried with factory firmware (1.4.7) - the firmware that matched the unit the config was from (1.4.9) - and the latest (1.5.0) - and 1.5.1.rc4
All have the same results.

Anyone else have this issue? or a solution... pls help

Hey AJ, I think I may have just sent you an email a bit ago. Feel free to ignore it and let's do the troubleshooting here.

Normally I would say you had it right when you downgraded the switch to the firmware version that the config was created from. Which appears to be version 1.4.9

How do you know the restore is failing? Can you be more specific about what is occurring? Check the logs after an attempted restore and post here what you are seeing.
