Dumb question: where is the factory default button on these? I swear I've looked all over
I see a hole labeled "DEF" but it doesn't seem to do anything when I push into it with a pin, and I have no idea what the IP is on this thing.

The factory default is pretty much the same on all our switches.

Yes that small hole is the button.

Hook up a console cable as well.

Turns out something got stuck in the DEF hole and it wasn't depressing -_-
