Hi,
We have a WS-12-250-DC which is providing power with 48VH (AF24) - it's working OK but the watts only reads from 0.0 to 1.0.

Any ideas why? Switch is on latest 1.5.2 and the AF24 is on 4.0.3.

What are you seeing on the pop-up for the individual sensor readings?
(To see that, just hover the mouse over the watts or PoE column for the port on the Status tab)

My guess is your current sensors are damaged from ground current.

Do a search on this forums for ground current and current sensors and you can read about it

You will need RMA the unit for repair but fix your grounding if that is what we find when we repair your unit.

99% of all WISP equipment damage is from ground current (I own a WISP)

Read the posts above but the basics are as follow:

Tower ground rods must be bonded to electrical service ground rods HEAVY #2 wire.
I always add 1 or 2 “new” ground rods to older existing electrical services.
In the event bonding service rods to tower rods is not possible then definitely add additional NEW ground rods to electrical service to help prevent service ground current from ever seeing tower ground rods as a better path to ground.
