Hello, I have a new model WS-26-500-DC, in the first laboratory tests all right until just before implementing this "Not enough power available not enabling port" appears, please I need help, some update or directly an RMA ??

My "guess" is somehow you damaged some current sensors?

I would BENCH TEST the unit as explained here: https://forum.netonix.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=2780#p19221

But first you could simply turn POE OFF for all ports then enable a couple ports at a time but plug nothing into them then observe the Status TAB which will indicate massive watts going to an empty port.

Often when a current sensors gets damaged (usually from ground current from poor grounding practices) the port current sensor will show massive watts when simply turning on POE to the port.

Damaged current sensors "usually" but not always can be visibly seen when inspecting the board.

Current sensors can also be damaged from shorted cables but usually this damage is the resistor that the current sensors uses to measure current which is near the current sensor chip and where as the damage to the resistor can been seen you need to look closely.

Either way this is not a software issue this is a hardware issue but I am at a TOTAL LOSS why you would be running v1.5.2rc4 when v1.5.2 has been out for many weeks. - UPGRADE IT then do the tests above then I would assume you need to RMA the unit.

GROUND CURRENT IS THE #1 CAUSE OF WISP EQUIPMENT DAMAGE - GROUND IS NOT GROUND
2 separate ground systems bonded together by Ethernet cable is BAD. All grounds must be binded with heavy cable. Always update or add new service ground rods to existing electrical service ground rods.

You always want your electrical service ground rods to have a BETTER and lower resistance to ground than your tower grounds otherwise ground current from electrical service will try to get to tower ground rods through your Ethernet cable - POOF

NEVER run copper Ethernet cable between different service panels or worse yet electrical services as they both have different ground potential and the service with the worse ground will send its ground current to the other through the Ethernet Cable. In these cases use fiber.

The fact that your board voltages (3V/24V) are all off further leads me to think there are some damaged ports.
