Bug: SMTP password

If the SMTP password for the sender account has a space in it, switch will fail to authenticate mail. Confirmed by creating a new sender ID with the same password except with an underscore where the space was; SMTP then works.
Tried preceding the space with a backslash; tried setting the password via SSH; none of these strategies cured the problem.
