WS-12-250-DC at Solar tower issues

Hi Guys,
We had a WS-12-250-DC conneted to out solar system for about 1 year without any issues. The Switch was connected to the LOAD leads from the MPPT Controller and everything was fine.
Due to an increase in AP's(POE ports) in use (We passed from 5 to 10 UBNT Rocket ACG2 AP's), we changed our solar system and MPPT controller (From 2 to 4 300W Panels and from 20A to 60A mppt controller).
Everything was working fine but when summer kicked in, we started to see that initially, the complete switch was rebooting (cold reboot). We thought that maybe the switch was the issue so we swapped to a brand new switch and the problem continued. We changed the mppt controller, and the issue persists.
We thought the problem was maybe the output load from the MPPT had something that crashed the power board from the switch so we connected the switch directly to our Batteries bank. Now the problem changed, the switch now doesnt reboot, but the AP's from the switch reboot exactly at the same time when there is a peak on solar power (mid day). Log at the switch only reports the port going down and later up, no power reports, as if the radios where disconnected and reconnected (all at the same time).
This is the info from the switch:
Firmware Version1.5.2
Board RevF
Power Supply Firmware Version 70
Power Supply Board RevB
Thanks for any help or lead to debug this issue.
