rma assistance

Need some help putting an rma through for our WS-8-150-AC. We have tried the proper channel with no response.

Please advise. Thank you.

I have no recent records of receiving an RMA request from you company.

The last RMA processed with your company was with Kevin RMA 2293-2294 way back on 7/17/2018.

Suggest you send the RMA form again.

I will try and get time today to look into it but I have taken a few days off as my house is getting much needed repairs before winter...new doors and windows, so bad some will fall out if opened. New rook, it leaks, new kitchens and baths.....hell basically a new house on old frame....

But anyway need to be here with contractors as so many things we done wrong in this house and I need to be here to make critical decisions.

Sorry for the delays.

On a good note fans should have shipped out of China yesterday so hopefully production will resume next week and we can start shipping units again. Can not build switches with no fans. Factory haad delayed our shipment by 4+ weeks so ran out of fans October 1st.

Chris, any chance we can get the RMA # assigned so we can mail this over. The switch box is now collecting dust over here...

Yea I was off past few days, am in the office most of day tomorrow and plan to issue RMA #s
