No idea as I have several WS-26-400-AC running v1.5.5rc2

Try power on factory default, if no love then possibly damaged unit?

Also could you post your Tabs for Device Status, Ports, LAGs, STP, Device Config, ERPS, and VLANs? I will test your configuration to see if I can replicate the issue.
