One of our WS-12-250-DC switches we have deployed at a tower site started showing the word "error" in the field where it normally shows the watts for every port.
This happened after a fairly major snow storm, where power was lost to the site.
So far we have just tried rebooting the switch, and updating the firmware to the latest.
Would the best idea be to replace the switch? Is this worth an RMA?

More than likely something got damaged, but just to be sure it might be a good idea to try and default the switch to see if you're still seeing the problem after. But first, try backing up the config. Then if you can see the wattage after a default, you can just reapply the config and save yourself some time.
Backup Config:
Utilities->Backup (browser will download a .ncfg file)
Restore:
Utilities->Restore (and select the .ncfg file)
To default the switch, in the serial console:
