Switch failure

I have a WS-12-250-DC running 1.5.3 where everything reboots maybe once every 3 to 4 weeks. No idea what the problem is.
Today it did it again but the interesting thing was that a script that monitors the Netonix power supplies using SNMP was running. It showed
Netonix.Hill-N1 172.19.xx.xx
48V Power Supply 0 < 47.0
24V Power Supply 0 < 23.4
So both the 24v and 48v power supplies were outputting zero according to SNMP.
No alert showed for the input voltage. There are three Netonix switches and a few Mikrotik devices running off the same DC setup of batteries and a charger. The other devices seemed to be unaffected.
A few seconds later the box seemed to powercycle all the attached devices. SNMP says the switch uptime when back to zero.
I plan on putting in 1.5.5 in the next day or so.
Any ideas?
Roy
