Re: No access
when you say you have no access, do you mean the user name/password are not accepted?

Re: No access
There is no easy way to upgrade the firmware via the CLI.
What version were you upgrading from?
We have had the following reported issues:
1) During the upgrade the password got changed and the user could not login to the web UI which required setting the password via console cable to fix.
2) An issue where the password was defaulted to "admin".
3) Rare issue where the switch upgrades, reboots, brings up all the links and passes traffic normally but the switch UI, CLI, and pings "to the switch IP" stop responding that require the user go to the tower and either plug into any port and it wakes up the UI or reboot the switch and all is fine.
Keep in mind there are hundreds of switches out there in service and a few people have had these issues, now do not get me wrong 1 person with an issue is too many and we are trying to figure them all out.
But I have never heard of the web UI not responding but you can ping it and log into the CLI?

Re: No access
Do you have Team viewer, could we possibly gain access to this switch?

Re: No access
Have you tried browsing to the page WITH https:// ?
There might simply be an issue with the http>https redirect in the HTTPD config.

And not to be insulting but I have to asked you have closed the browser and reopened it and even tried a different machine?
If you can load Teamview on your laptop maybe Eric could come in see whats up as he really needs the SSH access anyway to see whats going on.
