Bumping SFP Takes it Down

Is the issue where when you bump an Ethernet SFP it takes down the link until you re-seat the SFP fixed?

SYMPTOMS: You bump or remove an Ethernet cable from an Ethernet SFP. The link does not restore until you re-seat the SFP into the switch.
