Hi All. I have searched and done many suggestions but I still get and error when I test my settings, they are 100% correct as I can cut and paste into webmail and I'm in.

im using a ws-8-150-dc I do have 12's as well but I'll get this one to work first.

I've tried 25, 465, 587. secure and insecure.

I don't know what firmware is on it it does say copyright 2019 and she is brand new.

Any assistance would be great.

Having the Device->Config Tab would also be helpful. First thing I would recommend is upgrading to 1.5.5.

Could I please have screen shot of the SMTP Set up as I can’t get it to work, just in case I’ve done done something wrong.
